2008 Discretionary Cash Bonus Payment to Our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

On March 18, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of FTI Consulting, Inc. (“FTI”) approved a 2008 discretionary cash bonus payment to Dominic DiNapoli, FTI’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, in the amount of $200,000 as bonus compensation for his efforts originating new client engagements.
