Short-Term Borrowings

8.    SHORT-TERM BORROWINGS

Products Corporation had outstanding short-term bank borrowings (excluding borrowings under the 2010 Credit Agreements in 2010 and 2011 and under the 2011 Credit Agreements in 2011, which are reflected in Note 9, "Long-Term Debt and Redeemable Preferred Stock"), aggregating $5.9 million and $3.7 million at December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. The weighted average interest rate on these short-term borrowings outstanding at December 31, 2011 and 2010 was 6.0% and 5.9%, respectively.
