Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 21, 2019, Premier Financial Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend to its common shareholders.  At its regularly scheduled November 2019 meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.15 per share cash dividend to common shareholders.  Shareholders of record on December 16, 2019 will be eligible for the cash dividend which will be paid to shareholders on December 31, 2019.

ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND

PREMIER FINANCIAL BANCORP, INC. (PREMIER), HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA (NASDAQ/GMS-PFBI) a $1.8 billion financial holding company with two community bank subsidiaries announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock.  At its regularly scheduled November meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.15 per share dividend to common shareholders of record on December 16, 2019.  The cash dividend will be paid to shareholders on December 31, 2019.
