During the third quarter, we utilized proceeds from our equity offering (see Note 13) and paid down all of ourdomestic debt and most of our foreign debt. We plan on paying off the remaining foreign debt during the fourth quarter of 2018.

The Company was in compliance with the financial covenants under the facility as of September 30, 2018.
