          Calabasas Hills, CA – December 5, 2005 – The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 103^rd Cheesecake Factory restaurant on December 3, 2005 at the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, California.  The restaurant contains approximately 10,200 square feet and approximately 300 seats.
