In a press release dated October 29, 2019, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the “Company”) reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2019.

On October 23, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share which will be paid on November 26, 2019 to the stockholders of record of each share of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on November 12, 2019. Future dividends, if any, will be subject to Board approval.
