In a press release dated November 15, 2007, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated announced the opening of its 137^th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at The Parks at Arlington on November 15, 2007. The opening marks the Company’s 17^th new restaurant opened in fiscal 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,700 square feet and 300 seats.

Calabasas Hills, CA – November 16, 2007 – The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 137^th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at The Parks at Arlington on November 15, 2007. The opening marks the Company’s 17^th new restaurant opened in fiscal 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,700 square feet and 300 seats.
