Calabasas Hills, CA – July 27, 2007 – The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 126th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Pittsford Plaza in Pittsford, New York, a suburb of Rochester, on July 26, 2007.  The restaurant contains approximately 10,400 square feet and 290 seats.
