Calabasas Hills, CA — April 24, 2007 — The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 124th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Brandon Town Center Mall in Brandon, Florida on April 23, 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,200 square feet and 275 seats.
