Calabasas Hills, CA — December 5, 2006 — The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 119th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Dulles Town Center in Dulles, Virginia on December 4, 2006.  The restaurant contains approximately 10,200 square feet and 285 seats.
