Calabasas Hills, CA – November 17, 2006 – The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 117th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, New York on November 16, 2006.  The restaurant contains approximately 11,300 square feet and 320 seats.
