AMPEX FILES 2004 10-K

 

Redwood City, CA April 20, 2005 - Ampex Corporation (OTCBB:AEXCA) today announced that it has filed its 2004 report on Form 10-K with the SEC. The Company has also filed its restated Form 10-K/A for 2003 and the Form 10-Q/A for each of the quarters ending March 31, June 30 and September 30, 2004 to correct the accounting for the pension obligations of a former subsidiary that was disposed of in 1995.
