               On April 3, 2001, Daisytek International Corporation ("Daisytek")
         issued a press release filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, related to the
         acquisition of a distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee from PFSweb,
         Inc. ("PFSweb"). Also on April 3, 2001, Daisytek, together with PFSweb,
         issued a joint press release filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2, related to
         plans for the separation of the business operations and functions of
         the two companies.
