The payment of cash dividends is subject to federal regulatory requirements for capital levels and other restrictions. In addition, the cash dividends paid by Columbia Bank to the Company are subject to both federal and state regulatory requirements.

Subsequent to quarter end, on October 5, 2022, the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share payable on October 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 17, 2022.
