Common Stock	Note 10: Common Stock In January and February 2021, the Company issued common stock upon exercise of investor warrants. The warrant holders exercised for cash at exercise prices ranging from $0.70 to $1.15 per share. The Company received total proceeds of approximately $5,852,000 and the warrant holders received 8,356,000 shares of common stock. On February 2, 2021, the Company completed the closing of an underwritten public offering of 46,621,621 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $1.11 per share, which included 6,081,081 shares pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. Net proceeds were approximately $48.4 million, after deducting approximately $3.3 million in underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.
