401(k) Plan	18. 401(k) Plan The Company has a 401(k) tax deferred savings plan that covers all eligible employees based in the U.S. The Company makes discretionary contributions to the plan that the Company expects to continue into its fiscal year 2021. Its contributions during fiscal years 2020 and 2019 were $196,000 and $402,000, respectively.
