401(k) Plan	7. 401(k) Plan The Company has a 401(k) tax deferred savings plan that covers all eligible employees. The Company may make discretionary contributions to the plan. The Company’s contribution during the fiscal year ended June 30 2012 was $190,000. The Company made no contributions during fiscal years 2011 and 2010.
