Teck’s Q2 2010 Financial Results July 27, 2010

and Investors’ Conference Call July 28, 2010

Vancouver, BC – Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TCK.A and TCK.B, NYSE: TCK) will release its second quarter 2010 earnings results on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 after markets close.

The company will hold an investor conference call to discuss the second quarter 2010 earnings results at 11:00 AM Eastern time, 8:00 AM Pacific time, on Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Conference call dial in at 416 695 6616, no pass code required. Media are invited to attend on a listen-only basis.
