Teck’s Q2 2009 Financial Results July 22, 2009 and

Investors’ Conference Call July 23, 2009

Vancouver – Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TCK.A and TCK.B, NYSE: TCK) will release its second quarter 2009 earnings results on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 after markets close.

The company will hold an investor conference call to discuss the second quarter 2009 earnings results at 11:00 AM Eastern time, 8:00 AM Pacific time, on Thursday, July 23, 2009. Media are invited to attend on a listen-only basis.
