For each Reporting Person, 4,046,494 shares of common stock, which were issued to W2007/ACEP Holdings, LLC on October 20, 2017, have been added to the shares outstanding to arrive at a total number of shares outstanding of 26,368,614 for purposes of calculating beneficial ownership.
