(4)Accelerated Share Repurchase Program

In March 2014, the Company entered into an accelerated share repurchase program with a third-party financial institution to purchase $75.0 million aggregate amount of shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock.  The Company paid $75.0 million and received and retired an initial delivery of 1,899,055 shares that represented approximately 75% of the total number of shares repurchased under the agreement.  In April 2014, the accelerated share repurchase program was completed and the Company received and retired633,485additional shares.
