Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS As part of an overall review of the capital structure, on November 1, 2012, we announced a decrease in our quarterly cash dividend to $.06 per share from $.23 per share, for the fourth-quarter dividend payable December 3, 2012, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2012.
