SUBSEQUENT EVENT	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENT At Market Issuance Sales Agreement In January 2020, we sold an aggregate of 530,228 shares of our common stock pursuant to the 2018 Sales Agreement, resulting in net cash proceeds to us of approximately $748,000 after deducting sales commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by us. For further discussion of the 2018 Sales Agreement, see Note 8 on Stockholders’ Equity.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
