Under date of November 12, 2010, we reported on the consolidated balance sheets of Franklin Covey Co. and subsidiaries as of August 31, 2010 and 2009, and the related consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss), shareholders’ equity, and cash flows for each of the years in the three-year period ended August 31, 2010, which are included in Franklin Covey Co’s Annual Report on Form 10-K.
