Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 18, 2012, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on June 18, 2012 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2012.

Information regarding the dividend is included in the copy of the press release issued on April 18, 2012 and attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

Finish Line Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, April 18, 2012 – The Finish Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: FINL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of outstanding Class A and Class B common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable June 18, 2012 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2012.
