Subsequent Events	6. Subsequent Events On September 1, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets and assumed certain liabilities of The Running Company, an 18-store chain of specialty running shops with locations in Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas for a purchase price of $8.5 million.
