Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

In light of the previously announced agreement and plan of merger between The Finish Line, Inc. (the “Company”) and Genesco Inc., the Board of Directors has decided not to declare the Company’s quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.025 per share of Class A and Class B common stock. Further declarations of dividends, if any, remain at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
