[1] The increase in Unvested Restricted Stock Units includes 1,000,000 restricted stock units (the maximum number of restricted stock units that may be earned) reserved for issuance pursuant to a sign-on award granted to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) pursuant to the August 26, 2019 employment agreement between the Company and the CEO.
