Accounts Payable	Note 9. Accounts Payable Accounts payable as of July 31, 2018 and October 31, 2017 was $44.1 million and $42.6 million, respectively. Included in the balance were amounts due to POSCO Energy of $32.7 million as of July 31, 2018 and October 31, 2017 for the purchase of inventory.
