Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 19, 2020, Bausch Health Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results of operations for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2019 and certain other financial information as of and for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2019, as well as providing full year guidance for 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
