16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

a) In November 2022, the Company granted 3,557 common shares valued at $23,303 to Officers, Directors and Employees under the Company’s Restricted Share Plan. 500 shares were granted to Directors without a Restricted Period under the Company’s S-8 Registration Statement. 3,057 common shares were granted to Officers and Employees and have a Restricted Period.
