Stock-based Compensation	Stock-based compensation All stock-based compensation is recognized as an expense in the financial statements and such costs are measured at the fair value of the award. No options were granted during the years ended August 31, 2017 and 2016, and there were no options outstanding on August 31, 2017 or 2016.
