Stockholders' Equity Note, Stock Split	Common Stock Split The Company declared a two for one stock split of its common stock with a record date at the close of business on April 25, 2013. Shareholders received one additional common share for each common share held as of the record date. The stock split was effective as of May 2, 2013. Share and per share data have been retroactively adjusted to reflect the effects of the stock split.

Description of the stock split arrangement. Also provide the retroactive effect given by a stock split that occurs after the balance date but before the release of financial statements.
