Intangibles

The Company’s intangible assets have a finite life and are recorded at cost.  The most significant intangible assets are two patents related to gate support systems.  Amortization is calculated using the straight-line method over the remaining lives of 39 months and 51 months, respectively, and are reviewed annually for impairment.
