   On April 14, 2009, Authentidate Holding Corp. (the “Registrant”) announced by press release that its joint venture, Express MD Solutions, LLC, has received 510(k) market clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its Electronic House Call remote patient health monitoring device. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
