Material Terms of Trading Arrangement		Rule 10b5-1 Plan Elections On June 7, 2023, Michael W. Bayley, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Caribbean International, entered into a 10b5-1 trading plan (the “Trading Plan”). The Trading Plan provides for the sale of up to 27,800 shares of the Company’s Common Stock between September 6, 2023 and January 31, 2024.
