Restructuring Actions	16. Restructuring Actions In the first quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company incurred expenses of $4.8 million associated with employee workforce reductions of approximately 155 positions implemented in November 2013. The Company recorded $2.2 million of the employee separation costs in research and development expense and $2.6 million in selling, general and administrative expense. The restructuring charges were paid by the end of September 30, 2014.
