10. Net Loss Per Share

Net loss per share amounts have been computed based on the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding during each period. Because of the net loss reported in each period, diluted and basic net loss per share amounts are the same. For the three-month periods ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, the following potentially dilutive securities were not included in the computation of net loss per share because the effect would be anti-dilutive:
