On July 3, 2012, Mr. William Reis resigned as Senior Vice President, Global Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer of Cott Corporation (the “Company”), effective August 14, 2012. Mr. Reis’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
