Partnership Issuance of Common Units	Partnership Issuance of Common Units On March 21, 2012, AmeriGas Partners sold 7 million Common Units in an underwritten public offering at a public offering price of $41.25 per unit. The net proceeds of this offering and related capital contributions from the General Partner totaling $279.4 were used to redeem $200 of AmeriGas Partners 6.50% Senior Notes pursuant to a tender offer (see Note 10), to reduce Partnership bank loan borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
