Subsequent Events The Company has reviewed and evaluated whether subsequent events have occurred from the condensed consolidated balance sheet date of June 30, 2014 through the filing date of this Form 10-Q that would require accounting or disclosure and has concluded that there are none.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
