(b) On March 20, 2019, Rinaldo S. Brutoco, a director of Tailored Brands, Inc. (the Company”), notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) that, after 27 years of service, he has decided not to stand for re-election as a director at the end of his present term. His term will expire on the date of the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
