DIVIDENDS	8. DIVIDENDS Cash dividends paid were approximately $35.5 million, $37.1 million and $25.1 million during fiscal 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively. In fiscal 2013 and 2012, a dividend of $0.18 per share was declared in the first, second, third and fourth quarters, for an annual dividend of $0.72 per share, respectively. In fiscal 2011, a dividend of $0.12 per share was declared in the first, second and third quarters and a dividend of $0.18 per share was declared in the fourth quarter, for an annual dividend of $0.54 per share. The cash dividend of $0.18 per share declared by our Board of Directors (the "Board") in January 2014 is payable on March 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 18, 2014. The dividend payout is approximately $9.0 million and is included in accrued expenses and other current liabilities on the consolidated balance sheet as of February 1, 2014.
