On April 3, 2009, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on June 26, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2009.
