Item 1.01      Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement
 
On July 26, 2007, the Board of Directors approved an employment agreement with Dr. Lopez, President and Chief Executive Officer, for the period January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.  Except for the change in the Initial Term from the year 2006 to the year 2007, the terms of employment remain unchanged from the employment agreement for the year 2006, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
