1. Charles D. Morgan, a related person of Tocqueville Asset Management L.P., serves as a director of Inuvo, Inc.

Remarks:

(I)The reported shares are held in accounts of clients of Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. (The "Reporting Person"). The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the reported shares. Bridgehampton Capital Management ("BCM") previously was the beneficial owner of the reported shares but ceased to beneficially own shares on June 30, 2014 as a result of BCM's business being acquired by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported shares except to the extend of his or its pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that such Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
