Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 6, 2020, Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss third quarter results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Richmond, Va., October 6, 2020 – Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it will release third quarter 2020 results before the market opens on Thursday, October 22, 2020.
