On July 2, 2019, Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company") announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss second quarter results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
