The Company had contract liabilities of (i) $0.5 million and $0.8 million as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively, related to remaining performance obligations on licensing income, (ii) $1.6 million and $3.7 million as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively, primarily related to remaining performance obligations on wearable technology products and (iii) $2.6 million and $3.1 million as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively, related to gift cards issued.
