After the Issuer's tender offer, GMAM I no longer holds any shares of Common Stock of the Issuer. GMAM Group Pension Trust III (the &quot;GMAM III Trust&quot;) holds 47,190,646.079 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, but did not participate in the Issuer's tender offer.
